Iceland begins accepting Schengen visa applications in Ireland
Stjórnarráðið/HugiPlease note that effective March 18th 2025, Iceland will begin accepting Schengen visa applications directly from Ireland. Consequently, Denmark will no longer represent Iceland in this capacity.
Applicants can submit their visa applications at VFS Global in Dublin. We encourage all applicants to visit the VFS Global website for further details on application procedures and requirements.
Applications lodged in Ireland will be sent to the Icelandic Embassy in London. After the application has been processed, the application will be sent back to VFS where you can pick up your passport and the application files.
