The OSCE 18th Parliamentary Assembly´s Winter Meeting in Vienna.
Icelandic Parliamentarians participated in the OSCE 18th Parliamentary Assembly´s Winter Meeting in Vienna 21–22 February 2019. Nearly 300 Parliamentarians attended the meeting which dealt with numerous issues within the three OSCE dimensions: Political and military security, economic and environmental issues and various human rights matters. The Icelandic Parliament has a long-standing special Committee, dealing with OSCE matters. The Vienna Winter Meeting this year was attended by Parliamentarians Mr. Gunnar Bragi Sveinsson and Mr. Guðmundur Andri Thorsson, as well as Ms. Bylgja Árnadóttir, Committee Secretary.
